One last view of our nice car park then it was off to Broadford on Skye to the vets. We had to leave Kaiser there and go to the little beach Vern found first time round. Sandy did a great job of collecting wood and getting a fire going to cheer us up. .... Tom ....

The fire made for a good night but the night was a bit somber due to us thinking of Kaiser. .... Tom ....

Looks like Sandy's scored here with father Christmas. Alec looks quiet snug too. Everyone in this pub was really friendly. It will be on my visiting list if I pass this way again. .... Tom ....

That was our last night with convoy 2 the last photos are of me and Sandy at Loch Lomond on our way home. Ricky should be heading to a Hymer agent in Preston for problems developed. Sandie should be on her way to Italy for another holiday. I am home but via my mates garage in Ulverston. Alec and John are still exploring the world some where near the Antarctic. There are more of Kaiser which are to sad for a holiday thread. Been a great few weeks. .... Tom ....

What with poor connections and then the 12 volt brick giving up the ghost...time to catch up... Last tuesday we arrived at the Black Isle, and decided to camp at Rosemarkie, and visit Chanonry Point ......... for some Dolphin watching........ noticing Fort George across the Moray Firth, we made that the venue for the next day......... Knowing that Onion was keen to visit Applecross, we made a quick dash across country to Shieldag....only 71 miles...and guess who was Star Turn at the bar that night........... ....Alec....

Wow wild dolphins, very cool, wish I had seen that.
Nice little bar that although no live mic when we were there, they were well prepared for Mr Onion.

Hi Tom,
I'm in Lossiemouth, had to cross country again to find 12v netbook charger in Maplins in Inverness today. Also managed to get shoes repaired and shop for other unusual items that are unobtainable in the Highlands. Will bring convoy 2 upto date soon.

I just looked through all the convoy two photos again. Great job.... I am still there in spirit... Cursing this thing they call work where you sit at a desk, do calculations, answer emails, answer the phone and solve other people's problems all day long.
What is that all about, I could be watching dolphins, exploring castles, and seeing sunsets!
