"What's on my mind?".... whether or not the BWV is going to start and I'm going to be able to get away in it to a dog competition in Cheshire. I was supposed to be leaving yesterday but battery flat and has been on charge all afternoon, still not showing full yet (it's a fast charger, usually only takes about 3 - 4 hours), just about to go and check voltage in a minute. I could really do with a large virtual G&T whilst sitting chatting round the virtual campfire  |

The fire looks lovely - thanks for lighting it. It will keep us all going through the long dark winter nights.
I'm glad it's Friday, been a busy week. Hosted a youth conference at work today which was really interesting and very well attended.
Just poured a cheeky vodka and getting ready to go out to see friends tonight.
Hope all goes well at the dog competition WVW.

It's a very late nightcap for me, infact an early morningcap.
Just got back from the musician meet at the Brownlow. We had to move the vans last night to escape the rising waters from the Trent and there was a possibility of the river coming over its banks tonight.

Cake sounds good - i'm taking birthday cake to the welsh meet. Bit early for Xmas cake vern. My mum used to make about 8 Xmas cakes each year and started them in November  She matured them and fed them with rum and whiskey for about 4-6 weeks... and being bloody northerners we used to eat it with cheese too |

Just put some more logs on the fire. Was feeling tired last night and a bit grumpy. Had a lovely day today - cleaned the van inside and out ready for next weekend in Wales and then had a lovely meal with the whole family. ;D |

Hi we nearly always freecamp - old age pension gives loads of leisure time but too little money to pay camp site fees.
