Loads of time in and outside the pub and second place in the pub quiz Sunday night.....seven more quids to forum funds, I think there was a raffle too but didn't get up in time. Well done for the location Charles - very friendly rangers, pub landlord and locals...marvellous!

Wonderful pics, Glen, it looks like a great location. I owe Rob a pint or two for some raffle tickets but I didn't win your bottle of whiskey ... and here I am still with Edina's fancy blue bottle of wine!

Vernon, Re. the Scotch:- I could n't possibly reveal the new Owner......but remember that the Bottle's Green, not BROWN!! Shame You could n't get there...I reckon using the word 'madness' re. travelling Friday Night was about right!!!! Worst bit was A120 heading for M11......Stopped at the Rest Area nr. Stanstead for hr & 1/2 as was being hit by mental side gusts. After checking weather on Jo's i-phone, realized that wind was n't gonna drop so gritted teeth & went for it! Nico snored thru' it all!....inc. a 2hr. stop nr. Woodhenge (stupid choice of location by a knackered driver....open & elevated!!!) 'till about 7.00 am when We did the final leg to Ham Hill. (Just noticed...I've posted up one of the Photos twice, Doh!!)
