This is an update on my Brothers van.On Friday I fitted a twin 6kg system for him.He looked away wen I drilled a70mm hole in the side of his van this was for the external filler point.Otherwise fitting was airily straight forward.Filling up with gas was even easier and cost £18 @ 76p a litre to fill both bottles.

Yes indeed Vern ! Two hundred watt panels going on today, then he just needs another batt to be self sufficient .

How about coming to the Brandon meet and doing a seminar (say 2 hours) on this for the thickies amongst us? Also Vern how about a seminar on electrics?

I'll do 30 mins on electrics if Ellisboy wants to do 30 mins on solar panels.
I think probably 2 hours straight is too long. Peoples concentration drops off. But we can do 30 mins presentation. Beers and nibbles 15 mins. 30 mins presentation. Questions and Answers. 15 mins. More beers and nibbles 30 mins.

This is sounding real good.and certainly needed as far as I am concerned anyway. What do you think Pete. FF? Mark. RT? Rob?

RT can do a talk on food for free (no, not the Digitalis Mark!) and Rob can do one on Bushcrafting

I don't think RT will do it for free, At the very least he will want a bottle or three of beer.

I'd want a years supply of red wine!! As I don't like public speaking ,I'm very shy.
