You need to go South on the A3 for about a mile then west following signs for HMS Victory, HMS Warrier and Portsmouth Harbour Station and Gunwarfe Quay is just South of Portsmouth Harbour Station.

I didn't know Ferries went from Gunwarfe Quay too. Shame you're not going on the train to the Harbour Station, you'd be right there almost.
