Your forum team is putting together a constitution at the moment to include such things as
admin/mod appointments
Problem posts procedure
Problem users/disruptive/spam procedure
Appeals/complaints procedure etc
We are trying to organise things so there will be a committee of about 10 to look at issues rather than an autocratic decision by one person. Also, while allowing free speech (within the Proboards Terms of Service) we also want to protect vulnerable people from bullying and take account of individual needs as much as we can, to make the forum enjoyable for everyone.
If you've got any thoughts on the above, please add them to this thread. We can't guarantee to incorporate everything, as some ideas will conflict or be impractical, but we will listen to views and try to reflect as many of them as possible.

Sorry have been slacking a bit!
Hi we nearly always freecamp - old age pension gives loads of leisure time but too little money to pay camp site fees. 
The van has solar panel, large water tank So we are pretty self sufficient. Jon
