Homies = Friends, mates, (= homeboys = Hiphop US slang)

So.. you may be some time??!! I may be a long time!! It took me 4 hours to get back in after two months to drill out the lock, gemmy the swollen door out of the frame, and cut 5mm all round off the door. Now just the rest of the tip to get straight!

No the Yale lock was over 35 years old and it broke. As I'm living in the van, no real need to go in the house so I left it for 3 months. Weather was very wet and since no heating in the house the door swelled in the frame big time.

Love it Vern - you wait till I tell my friend Dave, he'll love it too.
He really enjoyed the chat he had with you at Stonehenge and thought it was great you stayed in your camper on the drive of your house, but he never found out the reason why - now I can tell him.
He said you are a 'top man'. ;D

Sorry anne me having a moment Firefox explained it perfectly its slang all the kids are down with it lol.Firefox why have you not been in your house for 3 months? Have you been working away? I am living in the van full time - sometimes on the drive -sometimes on the streets/Tescos - wherever I end up that day Have been doing so for almost three years now. To Millie - I enjoyed the chat with Dave too The real reason I am staying in the van is (a) I prefer it and (b) Testing to see if I can do it and rent out the house and not have to work in a couple of years time. The door was just incidental!
