Does anybody know what paint i should use to paint the fibreglass exterior of the van? Im not ready to do it yet it will probably be last on the list but i need to research for the cheapest way of doing it. And how best to do it!!

i used dulux weathershield gloss and sprayed my last van. i reckon if its already painted, doesnt matter if its wood, metal or plastic, you're painting onto paint !

that blue bit round the bottom of my bus is weathershield, used it cos it was lurking about in my garage, if we get any half decent weather at the same time as i have got spare time will be touching it all up. also used black garage floor paint on the bus flooring before boarding out.

For what your spending on these paints , if you are local to a specialist automotive paint shop oreven halfords ou can buy 'repaint' or even paints similar to the good old 'tekaloid' and cheaperthan these b&q prices. You can brush, roller or spray onwith good effect. Google stephen hull, a good write up on such paints .

Spray paint? to be applied by spray gun... St helens autopaint. auto-paint.co.uk/carpaint/Then it depends how environmentally friendly you are. 2 pack is cheap and is finished from the gun but very toxic
