I've just watched Hangover 2. Some really funny bits in it, but not as good as the original.
Anybody recommend any recent films? (or even not so recent).

For comedy value, Hot Fuzz. It's been on tv again recently, and I giggled all the way through it (again).
If you have read the book "Into the wild" then you must watch the film. The book is more comprehensive and much is missed out of the film but its definitely worth watching, just read the book first though.
And I watched Kill Bill 1 again the other week for the umpteenth time, and still not fed up of watching it, and waiting eagerly for Vol 2 to be shown again.

All simon peggs work is good but the one film that takes comedy above and beyond has to be "Tucker and dale vs evil". Just type it into utube and the full film is available.

I don't watch films, but I can recommend cling film! It has many uses in cooking and a comedy value if you stretch it over the toilet pan ;D ;D
