I think it is 20 November for the forum's 3rd birthday! 42,000 posts, over 3000 threads and nearly 600 members since Nov 2012

I had to google Tinder Neil!! Well I don't know about that - there have been a few campervan romances over the years, and its definitely a great way for single people to join in without feeling like lemons! Yeah, not seen you and Marie for yonks, would love to catch up and hear about your engine swap and what the verdict is. Are you planning attending any meets? I am going to the new Year one which promises to be a lot of fun

Yeah, not seen you and Marie for yonks, would love to catch up and hear about your engine swap and what the verdict is. Are you planning attending any meets? I am going to the new Year one which promises to be a lot of fun Yes it has been a long time, Annie. The New Year one looks a biggy, but looks as though its fully booked. We're a bit spoilt for choice because some friends of ours always have a good do on at their farm nearby. So far so good with the new engine - starts better and we've got the leisure battery charging up properly when driving - and it is better up hill. Now has power steering and it should also now be a lot more economical to run. Replaced all springs for suspension to support the heavier engine - van's a few inches higher now! Rotting sills replaced with new parts - and the bonnet shuts properly now! Van needs re-painting but it might be best to wait until warmer weather for that or we might find somewhere sheltered to do it. We were thinking of going to the Full Moon Club do next Wednesday but not sure who else is going.
