In the first clip of frostbit lad, he says at the end, he realised early on he didn't matter what he did, he was going to get a bit of a "scurling/scowling", so either way he was going to have a bit of a craic.
Anyone know what scurling/scowling means in Norn Iron speak? I understand craic, but haven't come across the other word. In context it might mean teasing/ribbing?

Could be a very local thing, is he from 'Derry ? I like the way he refers to "The Mother" as though she is some kind of deity
