See for full details: www.calor.co.uk/recallBasically all 2008/2009/2010/2011 cylinders which do not have a hole punched in the neck tag. If they have a hole punched they have been tested and do not need recall. There have been no incidents to date. NB If the cylinder is part full or empty, you'll be issued with a full cylinder free of charge. You know how to play it I'm looking forward to 12kg of free gas with any luck!

Try finding a Calor Lite stockist... as common as hen's teeth, LOL. I bet there will be a few more places claiming not to exchange Calor Lite after this too

I've got at least one to change. Apparently full ones are in short supply at the moment......think I might print out relevant info for reluctant dealers!

Yes it is Calor who pays, but I wonder if the dealers can be bothered with Calor Lite at times, let alone exchanging for nothing, when they don't get any cash immediately but have to wait for a refund from Calor after the paperwork is sent off.
