Any of You Folky-Types into Him? I'll be googling a Biography soon....just got 'House of Earth' (His only completed Novel) from the Library......only just finished the intro. & I'm wanting more Knowledge 'bout Him!! He was advocating Adobe-built Houses in 1935(!), a superior, cheaper & more self-suffic. method than the Lumber-Cartel standard prevalent then.

he was a friend to the Wobblies,had ''this machine kills fascists'' on his guitar and was a true worker's hero and troubador. that song was part of my busking repertoire-nice and loud ! one of my heros
