May be a short to earth? The oil sensors usually work on an earth pressure switch. One time I had a sensor going off when the engine revs increased which is the when the light usually goes off if there is low oil pressure at low revs. What happened was the engine moved on its mountings due to the revs causing the wire to the sensor to pull against the engine block and short to earth. So it sounds like there is a wiring fault assuming the new sensor is working OK.

Is there 2 oil sensors on an engine? as looks like there is a bigger one underneath?

One of them is probably the water temperature sender. Never heard of two oil pressure switches.

www.vanagain.com/buzzer2.htmThe oil pressure warning system is made up in two parts. There is a standard warning light (actually an LED) connected to a pressure sender near the oil filter which operates like any other car. The second system has a seperate sender unit on the block and also senses speed via a connection to the ignition coil. This sender operates at a higher pressure than the first (around 30 psi I think). If the engine revs above 2000 rpm and the oil pressure drops below 30 psi, the oil light will flash and the buzzer sounds. Check the sender unit, if this is okay then the problem is in the circuitry. You can fool the system by disconnecting the speed sensor wire from the -ve terminal on the coil. There should be two wires on this terminal, one goes to the distributor, the other is the speed sensor

Today i tried disconnecting both of them and swapping them around but buzzer was still going like a mad yin. Will need to look at wiring then and see if there is a break or something.
