do i get new esperchaer or do i think about upgrading van as i think i can get slightly more than i paid for it and go for newer one as i have few pennies under mattress and it getting uncomfortable to sleep at moment . My thought where the heater and solar panel but it awkward to fit one on the van and a tv antenna so looking at good side of maybe 1000 pound or option two find a wicked women and spoil her well iam a softie when it comes to females lol and keep the van {have been lookig for a wicked women can only find good ones and they no fun and dont want a wonky hippy no dont need a nurse just a little tlc and someone to get up in morning and make me cofee lol and apply the baby oil {that was put in for charlies sake as it put him off his breakfast and this might put him off his dinner so less for karen to cook for }ok could givve it to charity but they do say charity begins at home and i home most of the time these days as ijust dont have get up and go at moment just peed off at not getting back sorted well it not being sorted or it dont seem like there is any progress dont matter how much i grumble at doc or orthopedic clinic so that dragging me down, and have meds for that as well and they affecting me in that i dont feel like i should drive and take them just me being sensible would hate the thought of me being behind the wheel drugged up to the eyballs so it is a devils advocate do itake them and feel better or do i drive and manage on minuim pain meds then itake them ifeel less pain but dont think i should drive so one vicous circle sorry about this whinge but having one of them days uncofortable but in reasonable mood weird iknoow but hey ho there are worse than me so just ignore this post just find it helps sometime just to express myself to someone else other than me myself and I as that is the only buggers that listen to me

I would keep your existing van and upgrade that personally speaking. The problem with a new (second hand) van is there are usually lots of issue and faults you have to put right in the first few months of ownership. Devil you know wins

Yeah Barry keep your old van. If there is no big problems with it why change it. You was as happy as a pig in thingy with the van last time we spoke. Mine as just passed it MOT but with advisory's. They say it as badly pitted brake disks. I just fitted new pads and they looked OK to me. Anyway I sent of for some new ones. I have also sent off for new injection pump timing belt and cam timing belt and tensioners, so if that lumpy money is giving you problems just donate it to the Tommy Talbot benevolent fund for old motor homers . No rush Barry, after tea will do. .... Tom ....

Keep an emergency cash stash in case something expensive goes wrong with the van - remember how unhappy you were when you had no wheels and it's peace of mind to know that you can afford even a big repair bill. But on the other hand, I can be very wicked and can also be fun when I'm not bonkers... Am not much use at making you coffee in the morning, I don't really do mornings and I need 3 cups of coffee myself before I can function. But still trying to train Rigg to switch the kettle on. Perhaps we could share a caffeine drip? On the plus side, I've just discovered that DWP have underpaid me by £60 per week since last June, their mistake, so I got a nice little windfall coming my way and we could use that to hire someone to make our coffee for us ;D Don't know when as I'm a bit bonkers at the moment but I should be able to afford a trip down south this year so put some £££ to one side and we can go off together and have an adventure, you can show me the delights of your neck of the woods xxx
