You have to try this one. Pomegranate seeds with a sparkling red wine/cava/champagne/cherry juice/berry cider etc. The drink does not need to be alcoholic but it should be sparkling. The reason is that the seeds attract little bubbles of carbon dioxide and will float to the top. You can drink a few seeds with each mouthful and then chomp the seed jewels. The ultimate health drink.... just carbonated water and seeds. May as well enjoy drinking good stuff. As you may know pomegranate seeds and their juice are (likely) great health tonic containing antioxidants, anti-carcinogens, essential nutrients, help blood pressure, good for the heart, and one of your five-a-day. www.nhs.uk/Livewell/superfoods/Pages/is-pomegranate-a-superfood.aspxEdit: By the way - don't spend ages separating pomegranate seeds - do this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=wXG1X_Z293M(in a bowl!!)

It goes great with either of those, and the good thing is, although you are drinking a few glasses of bubbly, just think of all those health benefits along the way... and a healthy body is a healthy mind too!
