Nice one. I will miss personally due to Scotland trip, but this sounds like a great alternative for a weekend for those who can't get that far north

Sounds good to me! Bit short notice, but if we can get someone to water me plants and feed the cats... Lovely part of the world round there - God's country!

Address and postcode is shown on "location" page Thank you I'm a little brain dead today. That's normal for me Anybody know how much space there is at the pub? I'm already away for the 5 nights before this meet, but might just turn up if there will be room - 185 miles is a long way to travel to find the place full

I was there last weekend - well wiilding just past it on the same road there is NT car park, maybe a mile or two after. I can confirm that it a really beautiful spot, in a deep limestone gorge, with stream running alongside and impressive limesone cliff behind, very steep walks uo hill but fantastic views if you make it!

Thanks for the reply. Only problem with camping away from the pub, is that I won't be able to have a drink I used to love walking, but the old arthritis is restricting me nowadays.

Hi John, well does depend how many are going, if you fancy it maybe give pub a ring to get their opinion. I only drove past but did look at it and I wouldn't have thought it could fit more than maybe 5 to leave room for locals. There isn't really room to park on road either as its single track with passing places. What about a bike??

What about a bike?? I have got a folding electric bike, but there would be no way of recharging it - also it's terrible to ride without the battery assistance. I reckon I'll need to see what the weather is like at the time and decide then

I reckon I'll need to see what the weather is like at the time and decide then what voltage is the battery pack and could you not charge it from the lesuire battery through inverter if voltage is high and if done whilst driving then it should not be a drain on battery
