Big thanks to Gina for the wool etc, and happy Christmas to you to and to everyone else. I wasn't looking forward to Christmas as I thought I was going to be alone again as usual but I'm now going to meet up with 2 full timing wild camping friends and we are planning to spit roast a turkey over a campfire so that should be fun, my first Christmas in the Big White Van. And then there's the bothy meet to look forward to as well, and an invite to a NY party if I don't go to Ribblehead (which is unlikely as its getting a bit too big for me). So a busy couple of weeks ahead and no time to feel lonely and miserable As they used to say in the olden days, "merry meet and drinc hael", which means have fun and drink well ;D |

NOBODY REALLY LIKES THEM
Why do you keep making them they are just wrong !
Why do you think they sell Brandy cream ?
To take the foul taste of mince pies and xmas pud away !
Wrapping presents is a pain too I try to only buy from places that wrap them for you !
You go to all that effort and some snotty nosed kid rips it all open and leaves a sodding mess Then spends the day playing in the empty box ?
Adults are worse as we all smile but really we are thinking I do not want your poxy present I hate it !
Why would you really buy anyone socks or slippers ?
And as for those special day things like racing experience or flying lessons ?
Have had all them but never bothered to go to any !
AND CARDS WHAT ARE THEY ALL ABOUT ?
Even families buy them for each other when they are there ?
More bloody rubbish to choose which bin you put it in !
Do the people that but those cards not realise they are being ripped off ?
We lost contact because You are a knob I do not want a card
Especially when they put one of those awful xmas round robin letter things in ?
I do not care what your Kids are doing or what university they are at if I did we would have met and I would know !
Anyway why Happy xmas what about March the 29 th ?
Random date I know but what has it done to you ?

I mean SOCKS if I want socks I buy some I do not want them for xmas I want fireworks or a Scalectrix or a helicopter or even malt whisky ? I do not need or want smellies that you got from poundland or a mug that was made in china as it will be the wrong shape and colour ! I bought all the adults space hoppers a few years ago we had more of a laugh with them than most had had in years ! Just will not happen with socks ? |

Hi we nearly always freecamp - old age pension gives loads of leisure time but too little money to pay camp site fees.
