I need to get a new gas bottle. Who thinks it's worth paying for Calor Lite and why?

I have Calor Lite. They were really designed to lighten the weight on the towball and rear axle if you are a tugger.
Pros
1. Easier to lift the bottles when full especially 2. Reduce rear axle load (tuggers only) 3. Increase payload (motorhomes - useful if you are short of payload)
Cons
1. Deposit costs more initially 2. Bizarrely they charge you more for bottle exchanges (even though you are now just paying for gas and have now already paid out for the bottle)
My Calor Lite story is that I paid out more for them originally because I wasn't sure of the final conversion weight and I was trying to keep weight down.
However I found I didn't need them in the end as I was well below. I would have probably swapped them for normal but for the fact I fill my own bottles so don't get ripped off by number two on the cons.
Unless you fill your own bottles, are desperately short of payload, or have problems lifting the normal 6kg ones then I'd say not worth it. If any of those do apply then go for it.

After running out of gas in Germany I think I'll go the gasit/gaslow route.
Depends if you go abroad I suppose.
