taken a while but we've finally got an apology from TalkTalk,and our phone expenses and a couple of free months. the phone and internet went off gotfixed then went again and talk talk have no way of dealing with an odd situation.every time we rang,e-mailed or snail-mailed we got an automatic response saying no fault was present as it had been fixed. hours and hours on hold and no phone or internet for 6 weeks but as a final ridiculous twist,when the engineer finally came and fixed the fault on a pole up the road,to reinstate things he had to ring the SAME number as I would and get the SAME stupid call centre in india and get put on hold and disbelieved in the same way.took him 2 hours !!! having tried every possible number available and got nowhere it was the number that doodles told me that finally got the compensation so cheers mate !

Glad to hear you got it sorted lets hope you don't have any more issues.Since we had ours repaired we cannot complain everything has worked perfectly.
