Your Tv should not need more than 3 amps if it's a LED model if youre unsure check the tv manual.

The tv adapter comes with its own fuse, it is just the 12v socket i need to fuse, ie as in plugging anything else in, someone did it for me at brownlow arms but ive stripped it all out since to do the conversion and now i cant remember...lol

I mean the 12v supply fuse, my tv uses about 1 amp on 12volts so a 3amp fuse is a bitmore but if you use a 1 or 2 amp they could blow if when you switch on the tv there is a surge also you may use the outlet for something else in the future. You are protecting the cabling more than the appliance and I assume youre using ordinary size cable to wire the socket.

That sounds perfect concidering you have proberbly got a 5amp and not a 3 amp. Sounds like youre getting close to finishing the van its been interesting reading about it.
Could you measure youre Gasit bottles hieght sometime I am wondering if I can get a 11kg bottle in our van and although it tells you the size on the web I wondered if that includes the inlet and outlet fixings. No rush on this it a long term plan.

But i will measure for you tomorrow..!
