This is quite interesting.
Private parking companies state that by entering the land you agree to pay a charge of £100 if you overstay etc
Could one fit a counter notice on the car saying that anyone taking photos of the car or its registration agrees to pay £100 ?!

a mate of mine got a summons to appear at dumfries sheriff court on a charge of no seat belt
so he AGREED to the summons but attached a letter with a statement of his charges ie fuel, travel time, court time per hour ,prison per day.... (he wasn't sure how far this would go) couple of days after, he received a letter worded ....we have taken notice of your notice and no further proceedings are going to be taken
win win
seemingly using they're legalese and turning it round on them .....so it has too work both ways
if you readily accept and enter into contract with them you are at risk of having your pants pulled down........ but on entering you can also give out your terms and if they accept they are liable to costs stalemate

Well a result there!
Only thing I do know is if you use that Freeman on the land stuff, eg A law is not an act and I don't consent to the act etc, it gets thrown out every time and you get done for contempt of court.
But a legitimate counter claim of expenses is an often used tactic to stall all kinds of court actions.
