General rule is 90/100w of panel for each 100/110 Ah battery. If you have 2 leisure batteries then could go for 2 panels. 1 panel would still be better than nothing though. 2 panels for 1 battery is overkill, you wont be able to store the charge. I would go for fixed panel in frame, they are cheaper and also more reliable.
Technology will probably change in the next few years though for flexible panels and panels integrated into glass and windscreens etc.

I've got 1 x 80w panel and 1 x 110aph battery. The battery seems to be permanently fully charged, so it must be working!

Depends how much you use as well. I've only got one 90W for 2x 110AH batteries. It works OK in the summer, but struggles in the winter I need to get another panel on.

We have 1 100w for 1 110AH battery and ours always seems full but we only mainly use the battery for lights water pump and charging phones and stuff. We did think of getting one of those 12v fridges but heard that they take a lot from the battery so we would be better with 2 100w so we left it.
