seen some portable solar panels[80w or 100w] on ebay at £130 mark, with a built in controller.is this controller the mppt that is needed? can i use the croc clips provided if only hooked up a few hours a day at max?or is there a more permanent way of hooking up?[kwik connect and dis-connect] got 2 leisure batts, does it matter which batt i connect 2? regards-billi

mppt is just a type of controller. i don't know what sort comes with that panel. croc clips are ok for temporary and it doesn't matter which battery you connect to also for about 20 quid you can get a relay so it'll charge the van battery once the leisure batts are full
