We've stayed at Barry Knap before........there are 'No Overnight...Blah..Blah' signs up.....as well as signs saying not to jump off the Cliffs (!) & other illiterate stuff....! Or the Blue Anchor in East Abershaw? Or go with Haydn's suggestions........I'm only a Foreigner!!!!

Cardiff itself behind the train station is a car park you will pay no height barrier ! Cardiff bay by the Norwegian church no restrictions from 8pm to 8am their are park rides but not sure if height barriers / three around Cardiff Park at Newport Aldi near Wickes catch the bus to Cardiff bus number x30 3.50 day return / don't advise overnighting there ! If you are a national trust member I have stayed overnight in the car park at Tredegar House again bus to Cardiff bus number 30
