Anyone else use one of these? ,they're very good for Wildcampers .They have their own bag so are easy to transport. You can either use a cobble stone( made from coconut shells) or a few lumps of charcoal.Because the fire is in a basket inside the Cobb ,you can pick it up and move it without burning your hands. Lots of different things can be cooked from BBQ to roasting a small joint or chicken.Because the fire is contained there is only a small pile of ash to throw away, very handy when Wildcamping .

I would get some Jack Daniels barrel chips from local home brew store and make some fine BBQ

I don't like Whiskey either (to drink), but I think I think it may add an interesting smoked flavour.

I have one, too. I liked it to start with, but decided that the cobblestones were too expensive to use on a regular basis, although they are very good...can be hard to find, though. Works well with charcoal briquettes...usually needs less than a dozen, but I think I have reached the age of not liking the inevitable charcoal mess. The thing that is really great is that you just pick it up and put it down anywhere while it is still lit. I found the bag to be a fairly tight fit...for the sake of a little more fabric, it could have been made a lot more user friendly to stow in the bag. I found another bag, rather than wrestle with it.
