Given the reluctance of WC members to book for this meet the dates are available. If anyone would like to attend please let me know camping fee is £25 for the entire period. It could be a fix it meet, a fishing meet or just a booze and snooze its up to you. park where you like in the allotted area around a central firepit if you wish. A marquee will be supplied and its big enough for you all as some of you know. Location is EX348NY just outside of ilfracombe on the Woolacombe road. The local busses to town or the Beach will stop outside of the door by request.

I'm glad you got your van and are enjoying it. the holiday, yes thanks, we did a tour of Europe, France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany Switzerland then back into the south of France and back to Calais. a 2500 mile round trip in 3 weeks so got to see a lot of countryside plus a few beaches. This year will be spent at home I think.

Are people missing this or is something going on I don't know about. It is looking like I will have karaoke sorted as well this year. Post has been up over a month and only 2 takers? what am I doing wrong. The dump tank will have a new improved smaller lightweight lid this year as well.

I haven't made up my mind on this meet. Trouble is it's a round trip of 700 miles, so works out expensive on fuel

Yes it is quite a trek, takes 5-6 hours for me, as long to get to as Scotland. I hope those roadworks round Bristol have finished, they were very annoying.

Devon/Cornwall are the most visited places in the UK but not overcrowded, treat the meet as a stop off for the west country tour and the distance is irrelevent.

Really!! I've only been to Cornwall once, but it was full - traffic jams everywhere Admittedly it was during the school summer holidays, but I then decided that life ends at Exeter

To Cornwall in myy mh only once, found unfriendly to mher and campsite price extortionate , from where I am easier to just pop over to France where natives are much friendlier and cost much easier to my pocket.
