Just had a lovely Thai Green Curry for dinner made with Mae Ploy TGC paste. Fantastic flavour, no artificial rubbish added and a good kick to it. Mae Ploy Green Curry Paste 400G - Groceries - Tesco GroceriesReally impressed with this one and a definite for the fridge in the van. If you don't like hot food, you may wish to lower the quantity of paste in the instructions!

If you don't like hot food, you may wish to lower the quantity of paste in the instructions! Sadly that may not work. I always used Madras curry paste from a local Indian shop, but on one visit they only had Vindaloo. I figured I could just use less, but I ended up with a weak-flavoured curry that still burnt my tongue

Add mashed banana to cool a curry.

I made a banana curry once when we were camping, I thought it was delicious but people still complain about it to this day - and it was about 20 years ago!!
I will try that paste Rob thanks for the tip, I love Thai curry and I like it HOT!!
