we eat out at the blue bell at newbeggin 54.834981,-2.690388 ..and the last time we were there, i mentioned the forum and the people and what they get up too (not the gory details) and she is well up for anybody overnighting in the carpark....lovely little pub landlady is proper nuts but in a nice way and the meals are lovely all fresh so if your in the area heres a little pub stopover ...with the added bonus of us two just up the road n we could join ya for a meal i did mention about a meet there.... which she is also up for no bother she reckons 8ish vans at a time ...its the kinda place ..if its dark we are open pmsl right up your street robmac and others sorry didnt mention... this is in cumbria... nr croglin where the vampires come from waa haaa haaa haaa there are lots of newbiggins round here

nice one carol .... up yours goosey yeah was thinking of having a mini meet after new year ..would have too check the actual space we would have properly but she did mention other land near by ...so watch this space nice part of the world just at the bottom of the fell really lots to see round here really www.walkingwiththetaxidriver.co.uk/the-walks/cumbria/lacys-caves-and-long-meg-stone-circle-round/and angie has done a walks book of local walks but this is of course all around brampton which is about 7 miles from the blue bell theres talkin tarn for fishin or walkin and all sorts.. could be a good weekend if we get the weather pmsl (good brolly may be needed its CUMBRIA) cloud base can go down as well as up subject to no warning or bloody consideration see full terms and conditions

9mins 30s into vid he s at laceys caves ...smart little spot good one for the powerful torch mines better then yours brigade when he comes out of the cave is a good bit dont let his puffin n pantin put you off the terrain aint that bad ...i think hes either outta condition or was havin a small crisis ohh forgot theres also gelt woods.... SMART we have a 7 seater car so we can have a chance to have a little wander from base camp sweet

I once looked at a house to buy in Low Row, about 10 years ago, but not been back that way since, and never been to Talkin Tarn, though been meaning to check it out sometime.
I'm guessing it's not Newbiggin on Lune, as that would be quite handy for me ;-)
And if it's my sanity which is in question, it's much closer to Garlands than home.
