Me, Anne, Martin, Carol, Ems, and dogs. Phil and Christine also came earlier. Anne picked up van today - Autosleeper Legend - very nice van inside. Spacious and most things work. Interior tidy. Most things seem to work fine. Classic layout and a lot of van for the money. Congrats on your new van Anne, glad it worked out well for you Lovely also that there was a nice wee crowd to help celebrate at it's inaugural meeting. That must be a record for the shortest owned van at a meet!

Sent from my Nexus 4 using proboards That's awfully high tech for you basildog! I know ! That fooker Gill Bates takes control of my laptop whenever he wants and now those fookers at Boogle use my phone as they please ! Do not even get me started on Face Rape as they just steal your entire life and turn you into mechanically recovered meat ! The best part of all is that 90 percent of the population are too glutenous ! to realise and the other 10 percent did not express a prefference !

Forgot to say ! Then you have the Tesco clubcard ! The taxman loves them as people are so greedy ! Why would anyone let a company track their every move ?

Just back from the van pick up/ mini meet at Radwell had a brill time and love van, have just written abot that on New Van thread so won;t say it all again but do want to say areally big thankyou to lots of people who have really helped me, first Paul gouig to look at it for me, then sending spare battery with Phil and Christine , then I can't thanks Phil enough for all he did - loads of things like rewired the 12v sockets that were wired to leisure battery, and really had a good look at everything abd sussed out loads of things and advise on loads others, changed gas cable...Aslso Vernon was on hand to help as well as table making for Carol! but was so sweet with welocme box of stuff for first night in van, like crockery cuttlyr etc to use, and also coffe and milk and water, it was so thoughtful and really useful, as we arrived on train with just a sleeping bag. And also bought a bottle of champagne for us to toast first night in new van . Carol and Ems and Beau came and stayed Sat night, and Phil and Chris came back and we all sat around in new van and got drunk, well not Phil and never got it together to cook tea, though Vernon provided lots of nibbles. Very hungover this morming and very tired now,and thanks also to Martinn for sharing the drive hope and coming down on train with me... night night!!

Great weekend and thanks to everyone who came.
Nice to see you Anne, Carol, Ems, and Martin. Even my Dad made it along Sunday for a couple of walks but didn't stay the night. Special thanks to Phil and Christine and Phil for doing a lot on Anne's van, sorting out a few teething problems with the battery and gas systems.
We had beer, champagne, and a few bottles of red to toast the new van on Sat, then on Sunday went for a couple of walks to the Three Horseshoes and through the surrounding woodland. We even got to feed the ducks on Sunday Evening.
