It be December what tasty stuff do we have to forage for? I know not much different than November but who knows might be something

Shell fish........mussels, winkles, cockles and razorfish (at very low spring tides). Some Sea Beet and Sea Kale still about. In the Southwest young Alexander shoots appear at this time of year .....tastes a bit like celery

rosehips, oyster mushrooms, chickweed, dandelion, new nettle shoots (at base of plants)
foraging is much harder in winter though especially Dec and Jan
