Hey I have been offered a different location for the meet it is in Dronefield. It is not loads further than where we are going but offers us our own rally field for £6 per night and can party until our hearts are content. There is electric available to those who want it and has a pub very near by. Can also have a fire pit an basically do as we wish it is a campsite that has about 10 pitches but has 3 rally fields and the owner is as sound as a pound let me know if anyone is interested and we can relocate to it also any budding fisherman can do any type of fishing they desire including trout carp tench etc can even eat what you catch

Well - thats fine by me as its actually about 40 miles closer, but it could be a bit late to change venue Doodles, might mean some people decide not to come... lets see what the verdict is... also thinking about Daisy mini as she was going to pop in but lives near first venue...

Yeah I'm still happy to go to brown low just thought I would throw it out as an option to people to see what opinion was.If it means people not being able to go will remove it as an option as that would suck want everyone there and especially Sue as it is both our birthdays.

but question, these sites with rally fields are not I presume on a registered unlimited caravan site, hence a rally exemption certificate would be required to remain legal. Same with the pub.

I believe the Brownlow is a registered Caravan Site - I will check.

Doesn't actually say on their website whether they are actually registered, but I've been there several times and they are a well set up site with all facilities and year round tourers on site and EHU etc.
