No thanks, I'd rather just do without bread!

I may have a go tonight, but am doing beef, ginger, garlic stir fry with some Lebanese herbs and also sweet potato, with spinach and peanut.
Don't have the ingredients for the faux bread, but may pop out and get them.

It does need an oven, so I am going to try it in my Dutch Oven.
The ones I made over the weekend were very nice, and in a domestic oven. Quite edible but not a total success as in the picture. I don't know if I folded in the egg whites enough or put in enough baking powder, but the mixture did bleed a bit and it wouldn't all stay in nice little round cakes. But I did make some little cakes and a big kind of flat bread on an enamel plate.
Also it said 150 degrees I think, but I had it on gas mark 4 which is a bit hotter. On the Smev it is either high or low and the Dutch oven works a bit differently so I will need to experiment.
It was very fluffy and tasty though, it just didn't look quite like the picture, the top was smoother.
Tasted like egg bread.
