That seems cheap! Was it a garage? I haven't had to fill up yet but not looking forward to doing it....there seems to be problems popping up around LPG,gem Morrisons are not allowing it and someone posted on another site that some places are adding safety modifications to the nozzle which makes it difficult/impossible to use.

It is fine and the one in Birmingham had a guy that did it for you . Morrison's is fine too do not worry as for the rubber shield it is on most of them and has been for ages

X, presume you're using a mi fi device......what sim do you use? I suppose you'll use a monthly one as Firefox does? As I'll only use in my van think it'll have to be PAYG...

If you use a Mifi, you can cancel your land line contract and also use at home too. Result = £££'s saved. Everything is going wireless now.

Well, you've got a Mifi haven't you... so you could see if it works at home, and then it would give you confidence to save on your broadband or fixed line?

Does cancelling the land-line really work, Firefox?
What is the total cost of buying and running this here Mifi?
I cannot abide BT, but have used the for yonks, with an annual row about costs, terms, conditions, as standard.

seanrua I get 20GB for £20 a month with mobidata. Special deal, it is usually 10GB for £20 Or on Three PAYG you can get 7GB for £25, 3GB for £15 - that's enough for most people unless you stream a lot of vids. You don't need a Mifi, the sim card will work in a dongle too, but Mifi is good if you have a few devices and friends can use it as well, if they are close enough to the van. I don't have a land line, home broadband, sky, or even a TV licence so £20 for everything is not too bad, and of course it is totally mobile, travels with the van. Just need a Three signal which is most places in the UK
