A cross between cauliflower and broccoli take a look at this: It's got a delightful nutty flavour by all accounts. I can't wait to get hold of some and try it!

Waitrose sometimes, but not very often. There is a farm shop near Sandy roundabout Vern (A603 to Bedford I think the road is) They sometimes have it, as do G M Growers at Upper Caldecote which is not too far or you may be passing one day.

they sell it in both local greengrocers. it would make a great name for some lucky celebrity child ! Romanesco Broccoli Beckham - it's got that ring !
