You can have your own blog here. It will be in the Wilder's Layby lounge area. Some examples already up! - It can open or password protected.
- You can have sub blogs and sub forums nested to any depth
- You will have moderation rights in your blog, edit, move, sticky, lock etc
- Store any information in open or hidden areas in your threads/sub forums
- Full control over your online information storage accessible from anywhere
PM an admin to start your blog stating what name you want and if protected or open. Edit: The password protected areas would be available to admin or anyone you chose to give the password to. If you want you can stop other people posting in any part or thread of your blog by locking the threads yourself etc. It can be a spam free zone or a free for all - all down to your choices Note the blogs are moderated by the blog owners. As such they can move, remove, or lock any post or thread in their area - it is a bit different to the normal forums. So if you post on someone's blog, bear that in mind, and respect the blog owner's wishes.

Im the guinea pig and even though its brand new, it's working well for me. In fact, I've already written the equivalent of a chapter of a book in just a couple of days.
My blog is closed as it's primarily for keeping a record of my travels as it occurred to me that if something happened to me, no one would know or wouldn't know where to start looking for me. So I don't want to be giving out details of my locations in real time to the public.
The mods all have access to it and I'm happy to give the password to those who I have met in person or anyone else who I have had regular fb contact with (I've deactivated my fb account as I don't like how fb and google are able to more or less keep a real time record of my whereabouts).
So if you want to read about my travels, PM me for the password. If you offer me considerable amounts of chocolate, I'll probably give it to you ;-)
No pics yet as running low on data but will post some via photobucket once I get on free WiFi.
Thanks to Vern for setting this up; you've obviously spent considerable time working on it this week and have done a good job.

LOL... well maybe the admin can't get in easily after all. They have to know where to look for the password and it isn't exactly easy to find if you're not familiar with all the board workings.

Found it. Good clues and yes, not easy to find by others (which is good for personal security).

I'll leave it to you in my will, LOL. Not much room for animals in there though, but it would be very useful for parts. Solar panels, regulator, nice fridge, propex heater, inverter, rooflights etc
