No, I don't get that at all. Have you paid for additional features? I haven't seen it at all. What browser do you use and what is your internet connection like? Do you get any performance issues on other sites (I don't count Facebook - that has issues all of its own)

Yes I get it sometimes. I use Chrome, Firefox, and Opera.
There's still a few bugs in version 5, but they don't seem to be terminal. They always seem to resolve on going back or reloading.

Haha, no didnt pay for extra features!! But as it happens I do also have another one... This is ususally if I try to click on a thumbs up like Just using IE 9, but it is a work laptop and all internet traffic is diverted out via a another site for content/virus checking, and in fact it will not allow me to open this board unless I run a script before I open internet eplorer that makes a change to the registry settings,. If I dont do that I alway get a DNS error and can't open the site. In fact there was a while when I couldnt got on here atall untio someone at work gave me the registry settings fix. So think it could be something to do with that, site also crashes a LOT for me, is that unusual for everyone else?

I use Chrome or Firefox... never had an error or crash. You're probably right Lotusanne - work have likely set some global site restrictions on their proxy server that your helpful registry script is meant to bypass. It's good that someone's given you a workaround

No, I don't get the site crashing...it actually feels pretty stable to me, well apart from last night obviously.
I think you may have found your problem. It sounds like you are behind a firewall or proxy...who knows what they have set it to do? /shrug Even if it just slows the connection down, things can time-out.

Yeah normally go out via proxy server but thats the bit that script i run turns off...supposed to go straight out then, and def wont if dont run the script, ever, but yeah I guess it is something to with it .... Maybe something else trying to re-write the reg settings back?? I hate changing reg settings anyway, scares me!
