Hiya! Vernon sent me a link to this forum, to help me decide on some windows. I haven't used this kind of forum in a while so I thought I would sign up, say hi and get used to it. I've just bought a new to me Mercedes Sprinter, on Monday, to convert from scratch. Previously owned two other campers but the previous owners had converted them. Now I think I know a bit more about what I want to do! I work a lot of festivals doing massage. I don't have a lot of time to be off road. If my last van had better timing I could have spent the winter getting ready, but hey, I have nearly a week before I hit the road and the odd week in between to get more done! First festival will have to be without windows! I'll be at Bearded Theory, Download, Farmyard Party, Wistful, Deerstock, Boomtown, Blyth Power Ashes (drinking not working) and running the healing area at Equinox, then of the indoors I'll be at Ragged Bear and Dogfest II to have something to look forward to after the season finishes. Someone please organise something for January 2017, I did one this year but it's not going to be a regular! Look forward to hearing from you, and browsing for answers to questions then asking if I can't find them

Welcome to the forum Nicola, good luck with the conversion - seems like it will be a very quick job! Sorry I don't know anything about it so can't help.

Hello campers - looking to extend my social opportunities while on the road. My hobbies are consuming cans of John Smiths and strumming on a stringed instrument while howling at the (full) moon, reading the words & chords from a song sheet cos my memory's so cr*p. I think I may have met one or two of you good folks in the distant past - I hope we can all meet up sometime this year (or this weekend in Shap) and we can all be 'fwiends'.
