I'll wait to see what you hatch first as I plan to go to the Autumn equinox in September and do coastal Wales as that drive is stunning so I am a possibly maybe with the emphasis on TOUR.

Apart from passing through many years ago to get to Ireland I've only deliberately been to Wales once and that was for business purposes and I didn't really want to go Although I did accidentally drift into it last year on the way back from Farmer Phils as was evident from all the money wasted on stupid road signs.

I've been lots of times. Have climbed Snowdon 4 or 5 times, but for some reason I've been everywhere in Wales apart from that south coast corner.

There is a pub in Angle that takes motor homes which could be a stop. If not the car park on the beach is quiet camp-able. .... Tom ....

Yes - I could be up for this. Had a great time on the Scotland trip last year. How easy is it to wild camp in Wales? The weather won't be up to much in September, I guess. Of course it won't, it's Wales.

Ok guys people are asking about this so ... The basic plan is to meet for Annie's annual birthday bash at Stone Henge time of the Autum Equinox and move onto Blaenavon for the weekend of the 25th of Sept. We can wild or pub stop here so options for all Lots to see and do as well with big pit, heritage centre, walks and maybe steam train ! Then people can move on in groups and reconvien at the next fixed point the following weekend thinking Swansea the mumbles With everyone's knowledge I am sure we can move on in small groups those that want mountains those that want sea but meet up in a bigger group to party at weekends. I am hoping that with weekend fixed points anyone can opt in as they please Perhaps Vernon can give us a private thread where we can swap phone numbers and keep in touch. Also if anyone knows of large cheap or free wilding spots in Wales let me know Thanks guys
