I've got the www.outcastband.com/ in the CD in the van. New album, The Longest Mile, is pretty good. Ferocious Dog www.ferociousdog.co.uk/ in the 240v CD player. That's their current album, they have a new one coming out this year.

Well, I dreamed I saw the knights In armor coming, Saying something about a queen. There were peasants singing and Drummers drumming And the archer split the tree. There was a fanfare blowing To the sun That was floating on the breeze. Look at Mother Nature on the run In the nineteen seventies. Look at Mother Nature on the run In the nineteen seventies.
I was lying in a burned out basement With the full moon in my eyes. I was hoping for replacement When the sun burst thru the sky. There was a band playing in my head And I felt like getting high. I was thinking about what a Friend had said I was hoping it was a lie. Thinking about what a Friend had said I was hoping it was a lie.
Well, I dreamed I saw the silver Space ships flying In the yellow haze of the sun, There were children crying And colors flying All around the chosen ones. All in a dream, all in a dream The loading had begun. They were flying Mother Nature's Silver seed to a new home in the sun. Flying Mother Nature's Silver seed to a new home.

Listening to the Waterboys playing live on Radio 2 breakfast show, they got a new album out and still sound just the same. The track that they're playing now is most appropriately called 'Still a freak'. The album sounds good and I'll probably invest in it.

'Invest', WVW? Ha - I think you've got more devious ways of getting hold of it than that! Personally, Splitty's version of Streets of London is (almost) good enough for me: Streets of London (lyrics slightly altered)

I saw the crescent / you saw the whole of the moon..................just love this number of theirs, from way back in 1985.

I try to buy the album if it is a current smallish band that I like. It's only fair to artists who struggle to make a living.
If it's older music or the band has already made millions, I feel no such compulsion.

No? Ok then.

Constantly repeating yourself is the first sign of madness Alec.
