Cool - have you or anyone else got preferences of where they want to go? Could do the West coast again, always lots to see. Or the East coast is much neglected but also quite nice in places. Or maybe just do the Isle of Mull Via Oban/Craignure and Tobermory/Kilchoan then explore Ardnamurchan en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ardnamurchan - very remote and not often visited place, and then on to do the West coast. (Probably my preferred route) If people don't want to do Mull, they can go round on the mainland; Fort William to Mallaig is very scenic. Doesn't have to be Scotland either - could do Welsh coast maybe...

France possibly. I have new passport now... billieblue will like your idea! I would go for Normandy/Brittany though, as by the time one has lashed out on ferries, been ripped off on Euros/Insurance/Accident cover etc, don't want to fork out for payages and diesel as well to get to the south as it becomes an expensive trip.

It's actually a no. I read and write it, much better than I understand it or speak it!
The French that I speak and the French that they understand are like two different languages.
Si tu sais que je veux dire, Harry!

You would have to come to my vets for injections for a passport before we go. Otherwise it would be six months quarantine for you when we get back. How did the gear box stand up to the Scottish hills by the way and was first OK on your tour. .... Tom ....

Definitely a problem there. To make things worse, my windscreen got cracked woth a stone on the motorway so that needs sorting too. I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself and after such a great trip! Grrrr ?
