Hot water heater options to supply shower and two sinks for my 5 berth panel van conversion. Under floor water storage tanks and refillable lpg tank to save space will be fitted.

One obvious option is the combined Truma gas fired water and blown air heater. Very expensive to buy new, but a caravan breakers or donor caravan may provide a cheaper source.

I've used a 10l Truma ultrastore in mine, its the gas only model as we usually wildcamp and have an underslung tank (38l ). They also do a 14l model, which might be better for 4/5 people.
