Well firstly I need to apologise for not introducing myself properly I joined on the 11th of March as I am not the best a tecky things like computers, satnavs, DVD players and sky tv. I looked in now and again and did my first post yesterday. I am a member of the other forum as I love the banter on there and can give as good as I get. And as I have posted many times that I have thick skin, broad shoulders and a couldn't care less attitude. I have wild camped for 25/30 years on my own when my other half Bill is away but most of the time together. Looking forward to meeting new campers on here and spending time with the ones we have met already.

Hi Annie!
Have met you at RH and Whitwell now ... you are a globetrotter! Thanks for the blanket and the chair... I do bring my own chairs, honest, but people keep nicking them! 1960's and 1970's vintage deckchairs hand downs from parents, they seem very popular. If the canvass ever goes I will def recover.
I did send you a PM by the way. Little white bubbles on menu at top of your page.

Annie, I saw from another post that you're a seaside person, me too, and my dogs love them as a deserted beach is just about the only place where they can run free for hours on end.
I'm having beach withdrawal symptoms, it's been too long (last august) that we had a beach trip and I've got a trip in mind to a Cumbrian beach sometime in the next month or so. You'd be welcome to join me, as is anyone else who fancies it.
I'm not planning anything formal but once I have a vague idea of when and where, I'll let you know. Some of the northern full moon clubbers might fancy it too.

Do let us know although at Easter we are going up to Blue bank and spending a couple of days in Whitby or we may go to Northumberland as the beaches there are fabulous. What is the northern full moon club?
