I once lived in Nottingham so consider myself somewhat of an expert.and of course I 'saved' a Birkenhead lass and generously brought her to the south to live, lucky girl !

Lol, when I was in Kirkby Stephen Mountain Rescue team, winter call outs to snow bound Tan Hill were fairly regular - I remember the time that happened, I wasn't on the call out but heard on the grapevine. I'm sure I've seen a photo very recently on their FB page of a bright shiny new one. Or maybe it was a snow plough. Some kind of big boy's toy anyway.
Weather forecast for tomorrow is for a fab sunny day, I might have a mosey up there this weekend.
