I spoke to Phil (Christinephil) earlier tonight. He has had his operation on his broken leg and they have put in a couple of screws to hold the 2 bones together at the ankle. Seems to have gone ok and he should be allowed home tomorrow.
Unfortunately for Christine, I believe Paul has been doing the cooking at home, not sure who I feel sorry for the most!

I would like to thank all of you for your kind thoughts I'm on the mend now it's nice to get some decent food I haven't sampled paul's cooking yet but it has to be better than hospital food

hi to all on the mend now can now hop around with no blood rush pain to my ankla change plaster in 2 weeks had paul's cooking last night not bad penny must have given him some lesons I could do with sue's scooter now to get out and about in the fresh air and Charlie can use his chain saw to make ramp at the door
