www.sockshop.co.uk/products/heat_holders_thermal_socks/index.htmlThey are great - ladies versions available too, Really warm and comfortable especially in the van, feet are completely toasty, in fact I have to take them off sometimes to cool down. 2.3 tog rating which is 10 times warmer than normal socks! £6.00 a pair but worth it. Never have cold feet ever again. Does exactly what it says on the tin, I'll have to give these 10/10

^ That's better value. Those ones have ribbed tops though. The ones I have got are unribbed so they don't constrict the blood flow. I got my ones at Tesco, so full price. I think gaz wanted the links

I've tried both the male and female versions and the female ones fit me much better, being a size 7. I didn't venture out into the pink though! They make black in the size 4-8 too

In that case, they're the first stockings I've seen with advanced insulating yarn, looped thermal pile and brushed fleece inners I do remember my nan used to call all socks "stockings" but I think that was just a Lancashire dialect thing.
