Why is n brown burning parrots? Do they fit down his 5 and half inch flue better than chickens? Bloody hell. When I said to Stonedaddy "welcome to the madhouse" didn't expect it to be so apparent!

Parrots are only big enough to make a meal for one. A bigger flue and you could at least share a chicken

On the train from London to Cambridge. Things were going well till I visited a site where they only wanted a look in, but then the resident engineer wanted a load of calcs so they could approve a concrete slab pour tomorrow. So spent two hours doing stuff in the site office looking at temporary works design.

Just got here. 3.30am ! For anyone thinking of coming down, we are on the North Drove, Larkhill Road. Byway 11. So we are about 500m North West of the stones (We are usually about 300m West of the stones on Byway 12) Sorry to hear you are not coming billieblue - I got in a bottle of Yellowtail Shiraz just for the occasion. But don't worry I'll save it till next weekend! It was only £5.99 - much cheaper than Tesco in an Asian Mart in Maida Vale, London. Sometimes he says he does two bottles for £10.00

You rotters all wait until the one time I cant make it and the go and park up on that side Hope it all went well this morning and you had a good time. I got up early and drove to the top of the Campsie Fells to honour the sunrise. Just as it was tipping the horizon I watched a band of wispy cloud come straight towards me totally engulfing me for the whole duration!

Yes we parked on the North side of the Drove towards Larkhill. It's better up that side, flatter and quieter being away from the A303. Had a great weekend. Got through about 20 pallets and about as many big logs we brought from the woods. Thanks to nbrown and Basildog for the pallets! Thanks to all who came for carrying the logs about 1km.
Equinox ceremony was great but sunrise very hidden this year by thick clouds. Met loads of people including a few possible new board members.

Almost worth coming in from Larkhill side now they have sorted out Byway 11. It only takes 3 or 4 minutes to Larkhill on the track and you can come round via Woodhenge. Avoids the A303 at Stonehenge bottom when it is busy and you don't have to double back as it is no right turn onto Byway 12 now.
